Delete your PopHops account
You can delete your account directly in the PopHops app or send an account-deletion request to our support team.
Delete your account in the app
- Open PopHops and go to your Account.
- Open Settings, then Privacy & Data.
- Under Delete account, follow the confirmation steps.
Request deletion online
Email us from the address connected to your PopHops account. Put “Account deletion request” in the subject and include your PopHops username if you have one. We may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.
What deletion does
Account deletion closes every session and anonymizes your personal profile data. Ownership, orders, entitlements, and redemption history remain as immutable records when PopHops must retain them for transaction integrity, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.
